‘My old co-worker had a son named Hunter that was 4 or 5. 

She said that Hunter would have bad dreams and that he would sleep with his dad when he got scared. 

‘One night his dad woke up because he heard Hunter calling him.

 But he was calling him by his name, not ‘dad’. So he went to his room and he was asleep.

 ‘He woke him up and said “Hunter, you were calling me. Is everything okay?” 

And Hunter said, “Dad, when they call you you’re not supposed to answer.” and fell back asleep.

 ‘He asked him about it in the morning but he said he didn’t remember saying it.

10위 Hunter (아이의 이름이 헌터)

이전에 같이 일한 적 있는 직장 동료는 4~5세 정도의 아들이 있었는데,

그 아이는 자다가 악몽을 꾸면 아빠를 부르고 그 옆에서 잠들곤 했습니다. 

어느 날 밤, 아빠는 헌터가 아빠를 부르는 소리를 듣고 잠에서 깨었습니다.

 

그런데 특이한 것은 "아빠" 라고 부르지 않고 아빠의 이름을 불렀습니다.

 

그래서 아빠는 아이의 방으로 갔습니다.

아이는 잠들어 있었습니다. 

아빠는 아이를 깨워서 물었습니다. "헌터, 나 불렀지? 너 괜찮니?"

헌터는 "아빠, 그들이 아빠를 불렀을 때 아빠는 대답하면 안되는 거였어..." 라고 하고는 다시 잠들었습니다.

다음날 아침 아빠는 아이에게 어제 밤 있었던 일에 대해 물어보자 아이는 아무것도 기억하지 못했습니다.

그 때 일을 생각하면 소름이 끼친다고...

He was driving up a hill, and came upon a car accident with two cars on the side of the road 

and a person lying down on the ground.

He stopped about 100 feet past it, looked behind him, 

and the person on the ground was standing up and staring at him,

9위, 자동차 사고

한 스레드(커뮤니티 사이트 글 포스팅 같은 것)에 올라온 글인데

어떤 사람이 시내로 들어가려고 a Scenic Route (볼거리가 있는 길, 또는 경치 좋은 길. 간혹 돌아가는 길을 지칭하기도 함.),  를 타고 시내로 향하고 있었습니다.

그가 언덕을 오르고 있을 때 자동차 사고로 인해 갓길에 세워지 두 대의 차량을 발견하였습니다.

그리고 그 옆에는 한 사람이 길에 누워 있었습니다.

이유는 알 수 없지만 그는 좋지 않은 느낌을 지울 수 없었고 천천히 그 옆을 지나가다가

약 30미터정도 지나 차를 세웠습니다. 

그리고 뒤를 돌아 보았습니다.

누워 있던 사람은 어느새 일어서 있었고 

그 뒤에는 숲에서 나타난 약 20명 정도 되는 사람들과 함께 그를 노려보고 있었습니다....
